Agreement

By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Services

We provide digital marketing services including search engine optimisation, paid advertising management, social media marketing, and website design and development. The specific deliverables for your purchase are set out in the package description and in any written scope agreed with you. Where the two differ, the written scope agreed with you takes precedence.

Quotes and pricing

Prices are quoted in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. Advertising budgets, hosting, domain registration and paid third-party tools are not included in our fees and are paid by you directly to those providers.

Payment

Payment is due before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.

Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate information, content and access needed to carry out the work
• Responding to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable time
• Holding the necessary rights to any material you supply to us
• Maintaining ownership of and access to your own domain, hosting, advertising and analytics accounts

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates or revenue. Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties whose systems and policies change without notice. We commit to carrying out the agreed scope competently and to reporting honestly on outcomes.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates, processes and know-how. We may reference the fact that we worked with you unless you ask us in writing not to.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Third-party platforms

We are not responsible for the acts, policies, outages, account suspensions or pricing changes of third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Stripe or your hosting provider.

Cancellation and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Creator Rise Agency LLC is a limited liability company registered in Colorado, with its registered address at 1500 N Grant St, Ste 48729, Denver, CO 80203.
