Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a purchase can be refunded, when it cannot, and how to cancel an ongoing service.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Cooling-off period

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided work on your project has not yet started. Once work has begun, the purchase is non-refundable, because the time and resources committed to your project cannot be recovered.

What counts as work starting

Work is considered started once we have begun any deliverable in your agreed scope. This includes conducting an audit, carrying out keyword or account research, building or restructuring an advertising account, producing content, or beginning design or development. We will tell you when work is starting.

After the cooling-off period

Purchases are non-refundable more than 7 days after payment, and non-refundable at any point once work has started. This applies to both one-off projects and the current month of a retainer.

Cancelling a monthly retainer

Monthly retainer services can be cancelled at any time and will end at the close of the current paid period. The current month is not refunded, and you continue to receive the deliverables for that period. Specific notice requirements, if any, are set out in your written agreement.

Services we cannot refund

  • Advertising budget already spent with Google, Meta or any other platform, which is paid to those platforms and not to us
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as paid tools, stock imagery or domain registration
  • Work already delivered and accepted

Results are not a basis for refund

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or lead numbers, and no agency reasonably can. Refunds are therefore based on the delivery of the agreed scope, not on the commercial outcome of that work. If we fail to deliver what your scope states, contact us and we will put it right or refund the undelivered portion.

How to request a refund

Email creatorriseagencyllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will respond and, where a refund is due, process it back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the funds.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Raising a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for both of us.
